How we work

From brief to delivery

    Initial cupping

    We meet at your bar or ours, taste through four origins, and map your flavour direction and operational constraints.

  2. 02

    Sample delivery

    Within three days you receive 500 g samples of recommended beans, roasted to your preferred profile.

  3. 03

    Dial-in visit

    We book two hours with your head barista, work the grinder, document recipes, and leave a reference sheet.

  4. 04

    Standing supply

    Weekly or fortnightly delivery locked in, with 48-hour roast-to-shelf lead time and emergency top-up availability.

  5. 05

    Seasonal check-ins

    Every twelve weeks we review what is moving, suggest new origins, and re-dial if your team or equipment has changed.
